Large amounts of unlicensed medicines have been seized by Department of Health officials throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.
A male was by department officers about illegally importing and subsequently supplying unlicensed impotence medicines via the web.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medication offences.
He will now be the subject of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was carried out by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, said: "It is crucial that we get the message across that unlicensed medications can be hazardous.
"These kinds of items being sold, usually online, have actually undergone no quality control and there can be no assurance about their security.
"You simply do not know what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More notably, you do not know the impact drugs like this might have on your health."
