Patent protections. Traditionally, in China, new innovations are rapidly folded into the general public domain, making it difficult for enterprise-software and AI players to recognize a return on their sizable financial investment. In our experience, patent laws that protect intellectual property can increase financiers' confidence and attract more investment in this area.
AI has the prospective to improve key sectors in China. However, among service domains in these sectors with the most important usage cases, there is no low-hanging fruit where AI can be implemented with little additional financial investment. Rather, our research study finds that unlocking optimal capacity of this chance will be possible just with strategic investments and innovations throughout numerous dimensions-with data, skill, innovation, and market cooperation being foremost. Interacting, business, AI players, and federal government can resolve these conditions and make it possible for China to record the amount at stake.
